Before Booking Your Appointment
Please read all pre- and post-appointment instructions carefully before booking to ensure you meet all service requirements.
Because our schedule is very full, a rescheduling or cancellation fee will apply for:
• Clients who arrive unprepared or ineligible for their procedure.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
• No-shows, which will forfeit their non-refundable deposit and be required to pay the full service amount to rebook.
How to Prepare for Your Appointment
72 Hours Before Your Appointment:
Avoid caffeine, alcohol, aspirin, Tylenol, and ibuprofen. These can thin the blood and affect pigment retention.

1 Week Before:
Discontinue use of all non-prescription vitamins and supplements — especially Fish Oil and Turmeric.

2 Weeks Before:
Stop using anti-aging products, retinols, AHAs, BHAs, acne creams, or lightening acids.

3–6 Weeks Before:
Do not wax or tweeze your brows. We need to see your natural hair growth for ideal mapping . Wait at least 6 weeks after any chemical or laser peel before your appointment.
What to Expect at Your Appointment
You may arrive with your brows, lips, or liner done as you normally wear them so we can see your preferred look.
We’ll begin by reviewing your client history and discussing your desired results. For brows, we’ll custom map your shape based on your facial structure, bone frame, and features — making adjustments together until you’re completely satisfied.
Please note: For safety and sanitation reasons, no children or guests are allowed during your appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Canceling within this window will result in the loss of your deposit.
After Your Appointment
Some swelling and redness are normal.
Permanent makeup is a two-step process — a touch-up session (6–8 weeks later) is required for best results.
Immediately after your procedure, the area will appear darker and more defined, fading 30–50% during the first two weeks. As the skin heals, color may appear uneven or patchy — this is normal. Final color and shape will reveal gradually over 6 weeks as the skin regenerates.
Any adjustments will be made at your touch-up appointment once the skin is fully healed.
Nothing should be altered before this time to avoid complications.

• What’s the healing process like?
​ Healing takes about 7–14 days. You may experience slight scabbing or flaking, and the color will soften as the skin heals. A touch-up is usually needed after 4–6 weeks.
